Primers have been synthesized as the result of using either available software primer development tools or by published primer sequences. All available primer sets have been assessed by our laboratory and have met quality control parameters. Stability studies have been performed to assure performance in the field. Primers have been tested in the appropriate species and pertinent Tm. Performance criteria are available in the product information accompanying each primer set.
