- Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling expenses for products purchased and services requested.
- Specimens submitted for assay services should satisfy all requirements (check sample requirements for each assay).
- Any possible interferring substance should be noted on assay requisition.
- Specimens must be sent in accordance with the appropriate hazardous materials regulations.
- Xeno Diagnostics should be contacted with any questions regarding shipping prior to shipment of samples.
- Payment should be received no later than 15 days upon completion of services.
- Products will not be shipped until appropriate payment arrangements have been made.
